Quarter-finals

Taylor versus Telfer was an exciting quarter-final. Telfer stole a single in the 3^rd end giving them the advantage which they held up until the 8^th and final end where Taylor stole a two against the hammer for the game.

Murray Young, 4th for Team Telfer

They will now meet Team Fraser in the semi who overcame Team D.Wilson. Another tight game with only a three to Fraser in the 5^th separating the teams and ending a good run from the local senior side.

In the ladies quarter Team Ward continued with their unbeaten record dispatching Team M.Wilson. The game was tight until a four to Ward in the 7^th ended Wilson’s tournament.

Ward will now face a tough test in the semi against Team Hardie who saw off the challenge from Team Bryce in the remaining quarter-final.
